User Agreement

Effective Date: August, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Strad Connect, you agree to comply with this User Agreement.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Strad Connect provides a collaborative workspace for storing, sharing, managing, and tracking revisions of construction documents. The Platform is intended as a document coordination tool and does not provide engineering approval, design certification, or professional verification.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

Provide accurate registration information.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Be responsible for all activity under their account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Project Ownership

The project owner or authorized administrator controls:

Project creation
Member invitations
User permissions
Access management

Users may only access projects to which they have been granted permission.

5. Document Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for documents uploaded under their account. Users confirm they have the authority to upload and share project documents.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

Upload illegal or copyrighted material without authorization.
Upload malware or malicious code.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Interfere with platform security.
Misrepresent identities.
Use the Platform for unlawful activities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, software, branding, and related content remain the property of STRAD Consultants. Users retain ownership of the documents they upload.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the subscription period has commenced.

9. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

10. Limitation of Liability

Strad Connect is provided “as is.” STRAD Consultants shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Project delays
Data loss caused by user actions
Incorrect use of documents
Decisions made using information stored on the Platform
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users should maintain their own backups of important project data.

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or misuse the Platform.

12. Termination

Users may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not remove obligations arising before termination.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by applicable law.

14. Free Tier and Future Subscription Terms

You are currently accessing STRAD CONNECT under a free tier of the platform. STRAD CONNECT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce subscription plans, paid features, usage-based charges, or other applicable fees in the future. If any such charges are introduced, you may be required to pay the applicable amount as determined by STRAD CONNECT / its owners, subject to prior notice and the terms applicable at that time..

15. Updates

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
